2012 sees Vans celebrate 20 years of their popular Half Cab model. Every month Vans will be releasing a new limited edition version of the shoe. January sets things off with a very limited 20 pairs in collaboration with Supreme who take the shoe back to its owner Steve Caballero himself. A slightly unorthodox approach here as Cab will be hand-cutting and duck-taping down a pair of Caballero Highs, personally numbering and signing each pair in the limited collection.
They’ll be exclusively stocked at select Supreme stores worldwide.
Dale Parr quit his job in investment banking after a life changing trip to New York where he was inspired to open up his own sneaker store. Clae defines the collection as evolving classics. Their contemporary chukka boot styled McQueen has been given a sheepish update for the chillier end of the year. Combining a palette of greys with nubuck heel detail, leather lace trim panelling and simple wool upper. A chunky vulcanized sole keeps the McQueen robust whilst not compromising the shoe’s clean and simple silhouette.

A sneak peak at the forthcoming Autumn/Winter 2009 footwear range by adidas. Looks like a wide variety of materials with both vibrant and quiter colourways. Definitely a nice selection of releases to choose from for the second half of 2009.
