2009 marks the release of the highly anticipated Jakes Project, a cross-scene pollination amongst Dubstep and Drum and Bass. The album contains Jakes’ own productions, along with select collaborations with leading UK producers. Teaming up with his long standing partner in crime, TC as well as Xample from RAM Records. Gaining support across the UK underground it’s a perfect example of Bristol’s diverse musical culture and experimentation.
