Christian Faur | Crayons Are Not Just For Kids

Christian Faur uses crayons not as a medium of application but instead uses them as coloured pixels. Faur says, “My earliest memories of making art involve the use of wax crayons. I can still remember the pleasure of opening a new box of crayons: the distinct smell of the wax, the beautifully coloured tips, everything still perfect and unused”. So returning to this through his novel technique.
