Death Row Records Auction

Officially dubbed “Case # 2:06-bk-11205-VZ”, the day’s offerings were ordered by the US Bankruptcy Court on behalf of Suge Knight and Death Row Records. Almost 200 bidders turned up to this historical auction. So what was up for grabs? A stockpile of products left the building including, pallets of tapes, stacks of Deathrow LP’s and 17,000 CD copies of Snoop’s “Tha Doggfather” went for around 3 pence a piece. More historical oneoff items were also passed on such as, music awards, degraded images of Bad Boy and Nate Dogg, and even the Death Row electric chair.
